3M ™ VHB ™ Tape RP62 is a 0.062 inch (1.6 mm) thick gray double-sided acrylic foam tape with paper coating. Multi-purpose acrylic adhesive on both sides adheres to a wide range of high and medium surface energy. Substrates including metals, glass, and a wide variety of paints and plastics. The conformable foam provides good contact between substrates even when they are slightly uneven. 3M ™ VHB ™ Tape RP62 is part of the RP family of tapes. Each product in this family has multipurpose acrylic adhesive and adaptive foam, but varies in thickness and type of coating.
